I have a hard time going to a salon and just let anyone touch my hair because I did it once at another salon and I didn’t like the results so I was hesitating to go somewhere else.  I search online and SG Salon came up and I gave them a call.  I had talked to the owner on the phone and even text her pictures of what I wanted to do to my hair. I also told her I was nervous, excited and scared to dye my hair and told her about my passed experience.  She was so patient and understanding towards me that made feel so much better.  The day of my appointment, I walked in and was greeted and all the staff was so nice and friendly.  Yesi was the lady that did my hair and she was AMAZING. She told me what she was doing to my hair and what would look nice and really gave Me reassurance that it would look so beautiful and she was right. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I will definitely return to this salon for future services.  I highly recommend this place to everyone. She took her time to extract any ingrowns as most places don’t take the time to offer that as a courtesy. Our conversation was related which I loved because not only did we get a chance to network and add value but I got amazing girl talk . I wasn’t uncomfortable at all when it came to the positions to remove every spec of hair . The shop is so clean when you first walk in , and the hair stylist there was so nice . I’d definitely recommend stopping by her shop, it was my first time so I had to tell all my friends that wax . I have low porosity, dry hair.  It's naturally dark black, frizzy, fluffy, and course.  I didn't get a haircut well over a year because I have been  disappointed with many salons that could not give me a good cut (even though they got great rating reviews, 5 stars 🙄).  I don't care about color or styling my hair.  I just wanted a good cut.  Sandra is one of the few that can cut hair dry (without wetting it).  The reason this is important is because when the hair is wet,  you can't truly see the layers, angles, etc., clearly; especially when one has dark black hair.  I love my cut!  It looks great and healthy!  Sandra also gave me several hair tips.  She was encouraging.  She listened to my concerns and was patient to explain things.  I feel she is honest and cares about my concerns.   I highly recommend her.
